If you are wondering about the sub-title
"I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired"
as part of my site name it actually means two different things. To another
CFS Sufferer it means Myalgic Encephalomyelitis - a name for CFS in the
British Commonwealth. The "pun on words" is that many people
without CFS have coined a phrase meaning ME..(only thinking of me). The
only humor is to those without CFS.
Many of my visitors write me to thank me for making them realize that they
aren't insane. The reason for this is because when they look at all the
information here, they realize that they are not alone and that is enough
to help them.

AWARENESS DAY!!
May 12th isn't the only day that
you should take the time to learn about CFS.
CFS is definitely going to be around for a long time and the present research
shows that it is contagious and so far without a cure, means anyone could
be catching it right now.
Please read up on CFS so that you will have a better understanding of this
terrible disease.
You may not know anyone right now with it, but at least when you do - you'll
have some UNDERSTANDING.
